Mortgages for Dentists
We specialise in arranging mortgages for dentists at RockHopper, whether it be during your study, supervised contract period or during full practice.
We are used to helping dentists who may have joined a new dental practice and have no or limited income track record. In this situation we will work with you to establish a career plan and income projection for your new role.
Alternatively, we often help dentists who were previously employed and have just switched to self employment, operating either as a partner within a partnership, sole trader or limited company. We are frequently told by clients that their Bank have told them they will not consider this scenario until they have at least a one or two year self-employment track record.
Finally, many of the dentists we assist have income from multiple sources, whether this be employed income, self employed income from their private practice or locum income which often has a limited track record. This can often cause difficulties with high street lenders, who either refuse to consider all income sources or require a much longer track record before they do so.
